Welcome to TrueCare Connections, LLC!
My name is Angela Abousamra, and I have my licenses as a LCSW, LMSW, LBS-PA (Licensed Behavioral Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania for children ages 5-18 Diagnosed by a Psychologist/Psychiatrist with a DSM VI Diagnosis of: Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and other/additional mental health diagnoses along with complex medical conditions), and I am also certified in CTP, CMNCS* (See LinkedIn for more information.)
I am passionate about empowering individuals to thrive by achieving their goals, finding balance, and living their best lives.
TrueCare Connections emerged from a shared vision to support adults with diverse needs, including:

This mission took root during my time on the Intensive Case Management Team in Washington County, OR (2015-2021), and has since grown through all the collaborations that has and continues to take place TODAY…are all the various types of professionals who I had the pleasure in working together with- where during this timeline (above) and TODAY– Thank You —- for shaping my journey in helping our community and our sister communities.
